Welcome to our fourth edition of Disney World: Why We Like It. There are changes in this issue. The new changes are there is Disney News, a weekly rating and description of a Walt Disney World ride in each park.
Well, It is April so the Easter parade at Disney World s over. Discovery Island is opened from repairs, this news was a little late it reopened in March. I might be going to Disney World in July or August but I have to work for it. Well, that's the news.
Now my weekly description and rating of a ride. This is in my words of when I rode it so something might be changed. My rating will be *****=must see it, ****=make an effort to see it, ***=you can either see it or not, **=see it if you have time, and *=skip it. Ok here it goes. My ride chosen for the Magic Kingdom is Big Thunder Mountain. Big Thunder Mountain is a roller coaster type ride set in the gold rush times. This ride is not rough. The hills are high but the drops are lighten by curves. This ride has a height requirement because of the height and speed. I give this ride ****.
Now for EPCOT Center. I have chosen Honey, I Shrunk the Audience. BIG NOTE!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will be reveling the secrets in this ride so if you don't want to hear skip to the next paragraph. This ride uses special effects and things like air tubes under your chair. It is like Muppet Vision 4-D but better. I give this ride *****. It is definitely a must see.
For the Disney MGM Studios I pick Star Wars. Star Wars is a motion ride and is better then Body Wars. In this ride has comedy with the Star Wars cast. Join R2D2 and his friends on a ride you never forget. I give this ride ****.
Now I will describe only two hotels because that is how many I have stayed at. The Contemporary I thought was the best hotel I stayed at. The lobby is breathtaking and so is the view in the tower room. You can order room service or eat at the Garden Grill, the Contemporary Cafe, or the Food and Fun Center. I loved this hotel and I give it *****.
Now on my trip to Disney World in February I had a few problems. One our pool at the Port Orleans was closed! So was the pool at the Contemporary. I also find the check-in time annoying. You have to wait till 3pm to get to a room. My last complaint is that the photo booth is not opened when there is early entry.
Next week we might have an article of why EdwardV2 likes Disney World. Also I will be rating the Port Orleans Resort, It's A Small World, The Living Seas, and Muppet Vision 4-D. So long and thanks for reading!!!!
This is not about Disney but I hope that the Oklahoma City bomber is found and killed. Also, I am very sorry about the deaths.
